We were soooo close - we had our snow piled into neat little stacks, the streets were down to bare pavement again and I could have sworn I felt a shift in the temperature from wintery to springy....but alas...this is what we woke up to this morning:

it's beautiful... I love to see it in pictures, but a little too cold for me... I think for today, it's spring in Vancouver... my garden beckons me!!!
I'm so happy, really I am, that one of my sisters gets to experience what I have to endure every year from Nov. to May. Sorry, hope that doesn't sound cynical. : )
Brrrrrr! looks like Bend for seven months a year. : )
