The Mystery Picture

Many of you asked about the picture to the right on my blog. That is me on my very first missionary trip to the Crow Nation in Montana. A couple of us had driven up to the top of this rather large hill very early in the morning just to see the sun come up. When we got up there we were amazed at the splendor of God's sunrise. As we looked down that hilltop, we saw mile after mile of beautiful hilltops lower than ours and they were filled with low lying fog.....then the sun started to peak over the horizon and the colors just exploded on to the landscape - it was an incredible and thrilling thing to see! I quickly handed my camera to April, ran over to the side of the hill, raised my hands up to heaven and said, "here, take my picture!" She obliged and I now have this wonderful picture reminding me everyday of the Glorious Riches of our God!
